We at Custom Youth Services are aware that this is a very trying and emotional time for your entire family. We would like to be the Calm in the Storm for you and your child during this time.


PREPARATION
During the preparation of the Transport of your child, there will be a lot of information generated via e-mail, fax, phone etc. It would be in your child's best interest to not have access to this information.

We will have you feel out two simple forms prior to Transporting your child.

During the transition, luggage can become an issue, so we would ask that the majority of your child's belongings be mailed to the program after picking up your child.

TRANSITION
When the agents arrive at your home all medication, personal belongs and paperwork will be placed in the vehicle prior to meeting your child. The time spent at your home will be as long as necessary but as brief as possible. It is essential that we remove your child from their comfort zone as soon as possible, the longer their in the home the more likely it is that they will break down emotionally. Shortly after the departure from your home and periodically during the transition phase, we will be in contact with you to keep you informed of how the transition is going. The first thing your child is to us, is your baby, and we as parents understand that no matter what our children do it doesn't change that fact. We will treat your child with the utmost Respect and ensure that their immediate needs are met during this transition.

CONCLUSION
When your child arrives at the program our agents will sit through the enrollment process with your child to help ensure a successful enrollment. We will than contact you and your child's Educational Consultant with a summary of the Transition and answer any questions you may have.
